It uses intelligent LiDAR navigation to map your home for efficient, systematic cleaning on carpets and hard floors. Powerful 4000 Pa suction lifts dust, debris and hair, while the side brush cleans along edges and into corners.
When it’s done, the robot returns to its docking station to recharge and empty its onboard dust bin into a large dust bag. The self-empty station can hold up to 45 days of dust and debris*, so you spend less time emptying and more time getting on with your day.

01 Does the robot support 5.0 GHz wifi-connection?
No, the robot does not support 5.0 GHz wifi-connection. The robot only supports 2.4 GHz wifi-connection. Many modern routers can broadcast both 2.4GHz and 5GHz signals. Consult your router's manual or visit the manufacturer's website to determine if your router supports both bands.

02 Which mobile operating systems is the Vacmaster app compatible with?
The Vacmaster App is compatible with Apple iOS 13.0 and above & Android 7.0 and above.

03 There are areas of my home that I do not want the robot to access. What can I do?
In the Vacmaster app you can create No-Go Zones or Virtual Walls. These are restricted areas that your robot cannot enter. To set up a No-Go Zone or Virtual Wall in the app click on Map Edit, Restricted Area.

04 What is LiDAR navigation?
LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) uses laser technology to detect distances and build accurate maps of the surrounding environment. The Vacmaster REi uses LiDAR to create a map of your home and navigate around.

05 Where should I position the charging base in my home?
Position the charging base on a flat, hard surface against a wall in a central area that your robot can easily access. Ensure the area has good Wi-Fi connection. Ensure there are no objects within 1.5 metres in front of the base and 0.5 metres on either side.
