Delivery Information

We offer free and fast delivery for LawnMaster and Vacmaster appliances, spare parts and accessories across the UK mainland when you buy directly from us.

Free Tracked UK Mainland Next Day Delivery*
Delivery for all items is free of charge.

Please note that additional fees apply for delivery to addresses in the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Man. Please expect delays around public and bank holidays. 

Dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm, Monday to Friday, are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

• *Fast 24 hour Delivery - Appliances

As standard, delivery for purchases that include appliances will usually be made 24 hours after dispatch on weekdays. If you place an order for an appliance after 12pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday. 

• Standard 48 hour Delivery - Accessories

Delivery for orders of accessories only will usually be made 48 hours after dispatch on weekdays.

Delivery Status 
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link.

To check the delivery status of your order, log into the My Account section of our website and click on the tracking link provided.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and areas outside of mainland UK (incl. Scottish Highlands & Islands) may incur additional Duty & Customs charges. 

Any Duty & Customs charges applied are currently the sole responsibility of the customer. Our courier partner will contact you directly regarding these charges.
