How Do I Return My Order?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase but if that's not the case, unused, undamaged products can be returned for a refund within 30 days of receipt.

Please note that the return postage costs are your responsibility. Unless you received a faulty, damaged or wrongly despatched item. We advise using a tracked returns service and retaining proof of postage when sending your order back to us. In the unlikely event that it’s lost in transit, we would be unable to provide a refund without proof of the order being returned to us. The original payment method will be used to automatically refund the product purchase price upon safe receipt of the whole product in the original packaging.

To return your product, please notify us with the reason for the return to We will provide a returns reference number and the return address. To reduce our carbon footprint we direct returns to our warehouse, refurbishment centre or to our approved WEEE recycling centre.

When contacting us, please include a sales or invoice number and the name of the person on the order.

When Will the Refund Appear in My Account?

This can vary depending on your bank. Funds can appear in your account within a few hours, or up to a maximum of ten working days. If the funds do not arrive within this time frame, we advise you to contact your bank directly.

I’ve Received a Faulty/Damaged Item

Although this is rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with an image of the faulty product or damage, and a member of our dedicated customer service team will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We can offer to refund or send replacement products/parts.
