How Do I Return My Order?
You can return your unused purchase to us within 30 days of receipt. To receive a refund, please ensure the product is returned to us unused. Please note that the return postage costs are your responsibility. The original payment method will be used to automatically refund the product purchase price upon safe receipt of the whole product in the original packaging.
Before returning your product, please notify us with the reason for the return to email@example.com. We will provide a returns reference number. When contacting us, please include a sales or invoice number and the name of the person on the order.

When Will the Refund Appear in My Account?
This can vary depending on your bank. Funds can appear in your account within a few hours, or up to a maximum of ten working days. If the funds do not arrive within this time frame, we advise you to contact your bank directly.
I’ve Received a Faulty/Damaged Item
Although this is rare, should your product not arrive in perfect condition, please send us an email with an image of the faulty product or damage, and a member of our dedicated customer service team will resolve the issue as soon as possible. We can offer to refund or send replacement products/parts.
