Christmas Period 2025

Next Day Delivery UK:
Order by 12pm on 19th December for pre-Christmas delivery (for orders that include appliances only).
Orders made between 12pm on 19th December and 1st January may be subject to delivery delays outside of our control.
Despatches will take place between 20th - 23rd December and 29th - 30th December, but delivery may be delayed.
No despatches will take place 24th - 26th December, 31st December or 1st January.
Normal delivery service is resumed from 2nd January.
 
Standard Delivery UK, Highlands & Islands (3 working days):
Order by 12 noon on 15th December for pre-Christmas delivery (for orders that include appliances only).
Orders made between 12pm on 15th December and 1st January may be subject to delivery delays outside of our control.
Despatches will take place between 16th - 23rd December and 29th - 30th December, but delivery may be delayed.
No despatches will take place 24th - 26th December, 31st December or 1st January.
Normal delivery service is resumed from 2nd January.

Free & Fast Delivery:
Delivery for all items across the UK mainland is free of charge.

Additional fees apply for delivery to addresses in the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Scilly and Man. Please expect delays around public and bank holidays.

Normal Delivery Service

Processing Times:

• Orders placed before 12 PM (Monday–Friday) are processed the same day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM are processed the next business day.

• Orders placed after 12 PM on Friday are processed the following Monday.

Holiday/Peak Season Delays:

• Delays may occur during holidays or peak periods (e.g. Black Friday, Christmas).

Transit Times:

Appliances: Next Working Day Delivery
Orders that include appliances are dispatched via express 24 hour delivery service.

N.B. If you place an order for an appliance after 12pm on a Friday, delivery will be made on the following Tuesday.

Accessories and Spare Parts: Standard 48 Hour Delivery
Orders that include only accessories or spare parts are dispatched via standard 48 hour delivery service.

Tracked Deliveries
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link and updates on the status of package.

You can also check the delivery status of your order any time by logging into the My Account section of our website and clicking on the tracking link provided.

Please expect delays around public and bank holidays. 

Delivery Destinations

Deliveries to Northern Ireland and areas outside of mainland UK (incl. Scottish Highlands & Islands) may incur additional Duty & Customs charges. 

Any Duty & Customs charges applied are currently the sole responsibility of the customer. Our courier partner will contact you directly regarding these charges.
