Returning Vacmaster Branded Products

Returns are accepted. As the buyer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after the day the item was received. To receive a refund, you must return the product and take responsiblity for the return postage costs.

Before returning your product you must notify the reason for the return to sales@cleva-uk.com Please include an order reference number or invoice number with the email and the returned product. 

 

Returning Cleva Branded Products

If you decide your Cleva Joey is not for you, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return label for you to ship your vacuum cleaner back to Cleva free of charge. Your original form of payment will be refunded 100% upon safe receipt of the whole product in the original packaging. Please keep the original packaging for 30 Days for this purpose. You are eligible for a return only if you are within your 30-day window. Your 30-day window begins on the date your product was delivered.

This post-purchase, risk-free 30-day trial warranty excludes normal depletion of consumable parts (unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship), and damage resulting from abuse, accident, modifications, unauthorized repairs, neglect, abuse, water damage, or other causes that are not defects in materials and workmanship.
